<br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR <br />THE BLOMQUIST STREET EXTENSION WETLANDS <br />MITIGATION PLAN; AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING <br />ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contract documents for the Blomquist Street Extension <br /> <br />Wetlands Mitigation Plan, Redwood City, California, have been presented to, and <br /> <br />reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval th~reof and <br /> <br />authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for bids for the work therein <br /> <br />described; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain contract documents entitled, "Contract Documents for <br /> <br />the Blomquist Street Extension Wetlands Mitigation Plan - Redwood City, <br /> <br />California", prepared by the Department of Community Development <br /> <br />Services/Engineering and Construction, a copy of which documents are on- file in <br /> <br />the office the of the Manager, Engineering and Construction, are hereby <br /> <br />approved. <br /> <br />2.
