<br />Funds for the extension project (estimated at approximately $9.0 million including right- <br />of-way) are not sufficient to complete the design and construction of the road. Fees will <br />be assessed against the developments in the area (Bair Island Marina, lAC Apartments) <br />to help raise money for the _extension.
