<br />51\-3 <br /> <br />As can be seen in the above table, some cities require a Use Permit while others do not. <br /> <br />Planning Commission Action <br />On July 20, the Planning Commission recommended to the City Council that . <br />Section 13.2-e of the Zoning Ordinance be amended to require a Use Permit for Music Studios <br />in the "CN" Zone. <br /> <br />Alternatives <br />1) Require a Use Permit for music studios in the Neighborhood Commercial ("CN") Zoning <br />District (recommended). In addition to this action, the City Council should also initiate a <br />Zoning Text Amendment to require a Use Permit for music studios in the General <br />Commercial ("CG") Zoning District.
