<br />3'1~ j <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR <br />THE SPORT FIELD IMPROVEMENT PROJECT AT TAFT <br />ELEMENTARY SCHOOL; AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING <br />ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contract documents for the Sport Field Improvement Project <br /> <br />at Taft Elementary School, Redwood City, California, have been presented to, <br /> <br />and reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof and <br /> <br />;, . : 0 . >ö .~ <br /> <br />authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for bids for the work therein <br /> <br />described; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY, AS FOllOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain contract documents entitled, "Contract Documents for <br /> <br />the Sport Field Improvement Project at Taft Elementary School - City of <br /> <br />Redwood City, California", prepared by the Department of Community <br /> <br />Development Services/Engineering and Construction, a copy of which <br /> <br />documents are on file in the office the of the Manager, Engineering and <br /> <br />Construction, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2.
