State Community <br />Care Licensing will request fire inspection. <br /> <br />7) <br /> <br />The facility will be operated in a manner which will not adversely affect <br />adjoining residences and not be detrimental to the health, safety, and <br />welfare of the neighborhood. <br /> <br />NOTE: A Non-Discretionary Permit is em required for those large family day care homes which <br />were in operation prior to the effective date of this Ordinance.
