$B~- d) To notify the City of Redwood City in advance, the date of commencement, duration, and specific location of predator management work. e) Provide a quarterly summary of predator management activities pursuant to the work identified above to the City of Redwood City and an annual report on the predator management activities conducted the previous year to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Ecological Services, Endangered Species Division. Quarterly reports will be prepared by WS and submitted to Peter Vorametsanti, Project and Systems engineer, City of Redwood City, 1017 MiddIefield Road, P.O. Box 391, Redwood City, CA 94064. The reports will present predator management activities and results including a description of activities, methods utilized, number of hours expended, observation of other animals not currently included as target species, and the species and numbers of each species of target and non-target species trapped and the location of each animal taken. Atso documented will be any problems encountered which interfere with implementation of the program and suggestions to improve the program. Annual reports will be submitted to U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Ecological Services, Endangered Species Division, Sacramento Field Office, 3310 E1 Camino Avenue, Suite 130, Sacramento, California 95821-6340. ARTICLE 6 This Agreement is contingent upon the availability of funds appropriated by the--Congress of the Unite~ States and the availability of funds from the City of Redwood City for purposes of this Agreement. ARTICLE 7 Nothing in this Agreement shall prevent any other state, organization, or individual from entering into separate agreements with WS for the purpose of controlling predatory animals.
