<br />SC\¿ <br /> <br />thirty-six (36) month period shall be one hundred fifty percent (150%) of the fine <br />for a first violation. <br /> <br />SECTION 5. Delinquency Penalty for Late Payment. <br />Any fine amount imposed pursuant to Articles 2 and 3 of Chapter 1 of the City <br />Code of Redwood City and this resolution shall be delinquent if it is not paid in <br />accordance with the terms and provisions of Articles 2 and 3 of Chapter 1. Any <br />person who fails to pay a fine on time shall be liable for the payment of a <br />delinquency penalty of ten percent (10%) of the unpaid balance. <br /> <br />SECTION 6. Interest. <br />Interest shall accrue on all delinquent fine amounts, exclusive of penalties, at the <br />rate of ten (10) percent per year simple interest from the date the fine amount <br />becomes delinquent until paid in full. <br /> <br />SECTION 7.
