<br />5~1,5 <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />NOVEMBER 29, 1999 <br /> <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />EAST BA YSHORE ROAD WIDENING <br /> <br />D. <br /> <br />Budget <br /> <br />CONSUL T ANT shall develop and maintain a budget monitoring program for the project. <br /> <br />E. <br /> <br />Project Filing System <br /> <br />CONSUL T ANT shall develop and maintain a proj ect file system. <br /> <br />In addition, CONSULTANT shall perform the following subtasks as part of this Task l, Project <br />Management. <br /> <br />Task 1.2 - A2ency Coordination <br /> <br />CONSUL T ANT shall contact or meet with CITY to coordinate technical aspects of the project, <br />determine agency processing requirements and discuss any permit processes that may apply. <br />CONSUL TANT shall prepare communications (letters, reports, meeting minutes) as necessary to <br />document decisions reached by the various agencies. CITY will be responsible for all direct <br />coordination with adjacent property owners. <br /> <br />Task 1.3 - Subconsultant Coordination <br /> <br />No subconsultants are proposed for this project. (See list of assumptions) <br /> <br />Task 1.4 - Meetings <br /> <br />CONSUL T ANT shall prepare for and attend meetings during Tasks 2, 3 and 4 as listed below. <br /> <br />List of meetings: <br />1) Kick-off meeting following Notice to Proceed. <br />2) Design review meetings (3 maximum). <br />3) 95% review meeting following 95% PS&E review by the CITY. <br /> <br />Task 1.5 - Progress Reports <br /> <br />Prepare and submit budgets, monthly progress and performance reports, and invoices. Progress <br />and performance report will be a one page summary. <br /> <br />TASK 2: <br /> <br />DATA COLLECTION AND REVIEW <br /> <br />Task 2.1 - Existin2 Information <br /> <br />CONSUL T ANT shall review available information regarding the proposed project site provided <br />by the CITY and utility companies (to be contacted by CONSULTANT).
