<br />:,K -2-. <br /> <br />additional testing during excavation. Contractors were required to base their bids on: <br />. assumed volumes of soil to be removed, <br />. that soil could be disposed of at a Class II facility, and <br />. that certain volumes of soil could be reused on the site. <br /> <br />In the event that testing reveals higher concentrations and additional soil removal is <br />required, soil must be disposed of at a Class I facility, or new fill must be brought to the site <br />to backfill, project costs may increase accordingly.
