<br />30-2 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR ELEVATOR <br />MAINTENANCE SERVICES; AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR SAID WORK; AND DIRECTING RETURN <br />OF SECURITY DEPOSITS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 13814, adopted January 24, <br /> <br />2000, the City Clerk advertised for bids for elevator maintenance services at <br /> <br />various locations of its public buildings in the City of Redwood City, California; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said advertisement, six bids were received for the <br /> <br />performance of said work and filed with the City Clerk; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, D & D, The Elevator Company of San Francisco, California is <br /> <br />the lowest responsible bidder, and it is the intention and desire of this Council to <br /> <br />award said bid to D & D, The Elevator Company; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCil OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY, AS FOllOWS: <br /> <br />1.
