<br />Street and Highway Code of the State of California. <br /> <br />~ G, .~ <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />The County will include in its contract for the above described project, <br /> <br />provisions for mobilization, maintaining traffic, adjust sarutary sewer manhole to grade, <br /> <br />reconstruct sarutary sewer manhole, adjust water valve box to grade, adjust water meter box to <br /> <br />grade, adjust sanitary sewer c1eanout box to grade, exploration of sarurary sewer laterals, <br /> <br />clearing and grubbing, tree removal, fire hydrant removal, develop and apply warer, roadway <br /> <br />excavation, fmishing roadway, aggregate base (class 2), asphalt concrete (class B), place <br /> <br />asphalt concrete (miscellaneous areas, driveway conforms), class 2 concrete (miscellaneous <br /> <br />construction, concrete cap), miscellaneDus drainage facilities, miscellaneous iron and steel, <br /> <br />insLallation of traffic stripes, pavement markings, pãvemtnt markers and traffic signs, <br /> <br />sawcutting of asphalt concrete pavement and Portland cement concrete, insLallation of water <br /> <br />services and appurtenances, ins-lallation of tire hydrant assembly, replacement of sanitary <br /> <br />sewer laterals, reconstruction and/or replacement of sanitary sewer cleanouts, and other items <br /> <br />of work associated wiili the roadway reconstruction work for said portion of Canyon Road <br /> <br />within the corporate limits of the City and including necessary street reconstruction work <br /> <br />outside of the City limits to alleviate drainage problems within the corporate limitS of the City. <br /> <br />The signature of the City Engineer on the plans and specifications, to be prepared by the <br /> <br />County Department of Public Works prior to advertisement for bid, shall indicate City <br /> <br />approval of the details and contents of said plans and specifications, and the commitment of <br /> <br />the City to this project. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />The County will award a contract to the lowest responsible bidder for <br /> <br />the completion of the construction project including but not limited to mobilization, <br /> <br />maintaining traffic, adjust sanitary sewer manhole to grade, reconstruct sanitary sewer' <br /> <br />" <br />-;>- <br /> <br />"......._,-- ..--.., r <br />
