<br />concrete pavement and Portland cement concrete, installation of warer services and
<br />
<br />appurtenances, installation of fITe hydrant assembly, replacement of sanitary sewer laterals,
<br />
<br />reconstruction and/or replacement of sani1:a-ry sewer cleanoutS, and other items of work
<br />
<br />associated will the roadway reconstruction work.

<br />The County agrees to notify the City of the successful bidder to whom
<br />
<br />the construction contract is awarded.

<br />The City agrees to reimburse the County, on demand, the total cost
<br />
<br />incurred by the County, estimated to be $165,000 for said preparation of the plans and
<br />
<br />specifications, mobilization, maintaining traffic, adjust sanitary sewer manhole to grade,
<br />
<br />reconstruct sanitary sewer manhole, adjust water valve box to grade, adjust water meter box to
<br />
<br />grade, adjust sanitary sewer cleanout box to grade, exploration of sanitary sewer laterals,
<br />
<br />clearing and grubbing, tree removal, fire hydrant removal, develop and apply water, roadway
<br />
<br />excavation, fInishing roadway. aggregate base (class 2), asphalt concrete (class B), place
<br />
<br />asphalt concrete (miscellaneous areas, driveway confonns), class 2 concrete (miscellaneous
