<br />3H.. !> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF AGREEMENT WITH CIRCLE STAR CENTER ASSOCIATES, <br />loP. AND HOMESTEAD VILLAGE, INCORPORATED RELATING <br />TO EMERGENCY BACK-UP FOR SEWER OVERFLOWS <br />EMANATING FROM THE CIRCLE STAR OFFICE AND <br />HOMESTEAD HOTEL PROJECT <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled, "Special Sanitary Sewerage Permit and <br /> <br />Agreement," by and among the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of <br /> <br />the State of California, Circle Star Center Associates, loP., a California limited <br /> <br />partnership and Homestead Village, Incorporated, a Maryland corporation, a <br /> <br />copy of which agreement is on file in the Office of the City Clerk, to which copy <br /> <br />reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof is hereby authorized, and <br /> <br />the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute, <br /> <br />and to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br />* * * <br /> <br />Reso-837 <br />DES:djk <br />F\S ha red\Redwood\Cou nci I <br />03/07/2000 <br />
