<br />3H.. 2- . <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. - <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REQUESTING AND AUTHORIZING THE STATE <br />OF CALIFORNIA OFFICE OF PROCUREMENT TO PURCHASE <br />AN HP l1000 UNIX COMPUTER AND AUTHORIZING <br />EXECUTION OF PURCHASE DOCUMENTS THEREFOR <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY, AS FOllOWS: <br /> <br />1. Pursuant to the provisions of RedwoOd City Code Section 2.80 and <br /> <br />PubliC Contracts COde Section 10324, this Council does hereby authorize and <br /> <br />request the Office of Procurement of the State of California to purChase under <br /> <br />California Multiple Award Schedule (CMAS) #A 1 M95, on behalf of the City of <br /> <br />RedwOOd City, certain materials, Supplies and equipment, to Wit: HP l1O00 Uni" <br /> <br />Computer conforming to SPecifications of the Finance Department. IT Division of <br /> <br />the City of Rèdwood City. <br /> <br />2.
