<br />31,2- . <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR <br />FISCAL YEAR 1999-2000 CIVIC FACILITIES PAINTING <br />PROJECT; AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING <br />ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contract documents for Fiscal Year 1999-2000 Civic Facilities <br /> <br />Painting Project, Redwöod City, Califomra, have been presented to, and <br /> <br />reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof and <br /> <br />authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for bids for the work therein <br /> <br />described; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1.' Those certain contract documents entitled, "Contract Documents for <br /> <br />the FY 1999-2000 Civic Facilities Painting Project - City of Redwood City, <br /> <br />California", prepared by the Department of Community Development <br /> <br />Services/Engineering and Construction, a copy of which documents are on file in <br /> <br />the office of the Manager, Engineering and Construction, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2.
