The permission herein is granted to The San Francisco Chronicle and RhodyCo Produc~ions (hereinafter called "Permittee") to conduct the "Tour de Peninsula." This permit is subject to the following terms and conditions: 1. Name of Event: The "Tour de Peninsula" shall be sponsored and conducted by the Permittee. 2. Revocation: This permit may be revoked at any time without cause by the City of Redwood City. 3. Non-transferability: This permit is non-transferable. 4. Location: The activities herein permitted shall be conducted on Brewster Avenue between Sequoia High School and Alameda de las Pulgas, and Alameda de las Pulgas between Brewster Avenue and the north city limits. The City agrees to post "No parking" signs along Brewster Avenue in both directions between Duane Street and Alameda de las Pulgas, and on both sides of Alameda de las Pulgas from Brawster Avenue to Edgewood Road. The signs will prohibit parking on August 6, 2000, from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. 1 .----'......-r--'---" ,.
