Box 391 <br />Redwood City, California 94064 <br /> <br />C:TY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />HOUSING OFFICE <br /> <br />Subject: <br /> <br />Proposal for 500 ArguelLa Street Office Development Traffic Study <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Bonte: <br /> <br />Fehr & Peers Associates, Inc. is pleased to submit this proposal to prepare a traffic study for the <br />proposed 94, 177-square foot office building to be located at 500 Arguella Street in Redwood City. <br />The attached Scope of Work presents the tasks tha,t we propose to undertake to conduct the study. <br />It is based on infonnation contained in your letter dated February 4, 2000, and our subsequent <br />telephone conversations. . <br /> <br />The fee estimates for each part of the analysis are presented in the table in Attachment B. This table <br />also presents our staff time estimates for each task. <br /> <br />The schedule for submittal of the draft report is dependent on receipt of background data from City <br />Staff and the schedule for the traffic counts. We expect to have the traffic counts completed two to <br />three weeks after our receipt of the authorization to proceed. The draft report will be submitted <br />approximately three weeks later, for a total schedule offive to six weeks.
