<br />3H"J/ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. . <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING <br />SERVICES FOR TRAFFIC STUDY/ENVIRONMENTAL ANALYSIS <br />OF 500 ARGUELLO STREET <br /> <br />(FEHR & PEERS ASSOCIATES, INC.) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City requires a traffic study and environmental analysis in <br /> <br />order to understand the traffic impact of a proposed development of a five-story <br /> <br />94,177 square foot office building on a 1.58 acre parcel located at 500 Arguello <br /> <br />Street in the City of Redwood City (the "Project"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, preparation of a traffic study <br /> <br />and environmental analysis is required pursuant to the California Environmental <br /> <br />Quality Act ("CEQA"; Pub. Res. Code §2100 et seq.), the State Guidelines <br /> <br />implementive thereof ("State CEQA Guidelines"; 14 CCR §15000, et seq.) and <br /> <br />the City's Regulations implementive thereof; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, . pursuant to City's Regulations, the City of Redwood City has <br /> <br />determined that the traffic study which is part of said environmental studies and <br /> <br />documentation shall be prepared pursuant to contract entered into with <br /> <br />Consultant subject to funding therefore by Hunter/Storm llC (the "Developer"); <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Developer has deposited with the City of Redwood City <br /> <br />the estimated fees and costs to be incurred pursuant to said agreement; and <br /> <br />Res0-858 <br />F: \shared\c8dwood\council <br />FXS:rg <br />04/05/00 <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />....--...---."".-'-"""""'" <br />
