<br />311..,.2- <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires professional traffic engineering <br /> <br />services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Fehr & Associates, Inc., of San Jose, California, represents - <br /> <br />that it is- qualified on the basis of experience and expertise to. perform the <br /> <br />aforesaid services required for the Project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement - Professional Consulting <br /> <br />Services - Traffic Study/Environmental Analysis for 500 Arguello Street" (form <br /> <br />datßd 04/05/00), by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal <br /> <br />corporation of the State of California, and Fehr & Associates, Inc. of San Jose, <br /> <br />California, for .the performance of the above-mentioned services, a copy of which <br /> <br />agreement is on file in the office of the C.ity Clerk, to which copy reference is <br /> <br />hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved and the City <br /> <br />Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute and to <br /> <br />attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* * <br /> <br />Res0-858 <br />F: \shared\redwood\coundt <br />FXS:rg <br />04/05100 <br /> <br />2 <br />
