Due to the <br /> � location of the store, she stated it is inappropriate. She expressed concem that her neighbors <br /> had not been informed of the hearing. <br /> Raymond DeNazdi, the property owner, not affiliated with the business stated any premise <br /> could duplicate the business by using the Internet. Has stated he has heard no complaints <br /> from Sequoia High School, the Police Department or the neighbors. He voiced concem <br /> with the 6 months amortization period, urging grandfathering of the store or at least an <br /> . attempt to work a compromise.
