Ordinance Adding Sections 18.244 through 18.256 to the City Code to Establish Citywide <br /> Transportation Impact Fees; (continued from March 2'7'`, 2000) <br /> Transportation Engineer Haygood introduced the sequence of reporting with the consultant <br /> - Jim Daisa of Fehr 8t Peers to begin. Mr. Daisa indicated he was reporting back with a draft <br /> of a fee schedule based on previons Council dir�ction. He outline� tl�e progress since th� <br /> last workshop. The land uses included in the fee are bmken down to two major categories: <br /> Residential and Non-Residential. The fee is based on 51,502 per Dwelling Unit Equivalent <br /> (DUE) and the fee schedule can be amended by resolution. One error to be noted is that the <br /> p.m. peak hour should be revised to 4-6 p.m. Economist Bob Spencer continued with his <br /> ' portion of the report and answered Council questions related to jobs to housing issues and <br /> � explained the trafftc issue as reg�onal. . � <br /> � � � <br /> STUDY SESSION .
