The <br /> owner of Mobile Court Motel on Rolison is also looking to upgrade the motel and motor <br /> court located in the 3700 Block of Rolison. <br /> Fiscal Impact <br /> There is no direct cost in the approval of this Plan. However, projects proposed in the Plan <br /> can be funded through the Capital Improvement Program (CIP) on an ongoing basis. <br /> Conclusion <br /> The Friendly Acres Neighborhood is becoming revitalized. The Neighborhood is supportive <br /> of the City's efforts to coordinate long term capital and infrastructure projects through the <br /> CIP and to apply design standards to businesses and homeowners moving to the area and <br /> making substantial improvements to commercial and residential property. The <br /> Neighborhood is proud of its abitity to work through long and. hard issues with the City to <br /> assure that there is a better quality of life for all of th�e residents. This Neighbofiood Plan <br /> represents the different stakeholders coming together and identifying priority areas to work <br /> on. The Council is asked to support these efforts by approving this Friendly Acres <br /> Neighborhood Plan.
