. 5�} •• t <br /> �i •1. <br /> WHEREAS, there has been. pres.ented to and reviewed by the City <br /> Council of the City of Redwood City an agreement for the conveyance of the <br /> Properties from the Agency to Habitat; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City desires to convey title to the City Properties to the <br /> Agency to assist the Agency in proceeding with the transfer of the Properties to <br /> Habitat. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITIf, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. The Mayor of the City of Redwood City is hereby authorized and <br /> directed to execute the deed of conveyance to transfer the City Properties to the <br /> Agency. <br /> 2.
