� 5� i i-�6 <br /> RIGHT OF ENTRY <br /> (PENINSULA HABITAT FOR HUMANITY, INC.) <br /> � 1. Riqht of Entrv. The City of Redwood City ("Owner") hereby grants to <br /> Peninsula Habitat for Humanity, Inc. ("Habitat") the right to enter the Properties <br /> known as the Rolison Road Properties (the "Properties"), as more fully described <br /> on Exhibit "A" attached hereto, for the sole purpose of conducting earth moving <br /> and instalting a traiter on the Properties. <br /> 2. Scoae of Studv. A copy of the Scope of Work to be undertaken by <br /> Habitat is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "B," and incorporated by this <br /> reference. <br /> 3. Term. The right to enter the Properties shall commence on <br /> , 2000, and shall terminate on , 2000. <br /> 4. Damaae to Proaerties. If Habitat damages the Properties, or in any <br /> way interferes with Owner's use or enjoyment of the Properties, Habitat shall <br /> ' bear all costs and expenses thereby incurred by Owner, its agents, employees, <br /> contractors, or subcontractors in connection with remedying or repairing such <br /> damages or interference. Habitat further acknowledges and agrees that in the <br /> event of removal, damage, destruction or otherwise altering of the condition of <br /> the Properties, Owner shall reconstruct, reinstall, and repair the Properties at its <br /> sole cost and expense upon request by Owner. <br /> 5. Hold Harmless: Release.
