5�ii -ZI� <br /> occupancy of the Properties pursuant to this Right of Entry and shall promptly <br /> pay any just claim therefor and shall defend, indemnify, and hold the Owner, its <br /> Board, officers, agents, and employees, harmless from all suits, actions, <br /> damages, or claims to which Owner may be subjected by reason of said use and <br /> occupancy of the Properties hereunder. <br /> 6. Insurance. Habitat shalt mainta�n at all times during vvhich� this permit <br /> remains in effect, at Habitat's sole cost and expense, commercial general liability <br /> and property damage insurance, or a program of self-insurance, which insurance <br /> or self-insurance shall be in the following minimum amounts: <br /> (a) $1,000,000 for injury or death of any one person and <br /> $1,000,000 for any one occurrence; <br /> (b) Property damage insurance in the amount of $500,000. <br /> � A certificate or certificates evidencing the maintenance of the required <br /> insurance or program of self-insurance shall be deposited with the Owner prior to <br /> entering the Properties by Habitat. In addition to the aforesaid certificates, <br /> Habitat shall file with the Owner endorsements: <br /> (a) Precluding cancellation or reduction in coverage of <br /> insurance before the expiration of 10 days after Owner shall <br /> have received notification thereof from the insurance carrier; <br /> (b) Naming the Owner, its governing body, officers, <br /> commissions, agents, and employees as additional <br /> insureds; <br /> (c) Providing standard cross liability provisions; <br /> (d) Stating that the insurance afforded thereby to Owner, its governing <br /> body, officers, commissions, agents, and employees shall be <br /> primary insurance to the full limits of the liability of the policy, and <br /> that if Owner, its goveming body, officers, commissions, agents, <br /> Agmt-351 • 2 <br /> f/sh/shIRC/Couneil . <br /> FXS:rg <br /> 04/19/00 , <br />
