Another recommendation is that the owner be able to live in either unit. The third and <br /> most difficult area is pazking and the Commission allowed for tandem pazking within the <br /> setback requirements. There are �ltematives, beginning with the General Plan, such as higher <br /> density with smaller lots, mixed use, the proposed theatre complex with a housing element, and <br /> the Pacific Shores proposal for housing are examples. <br /> Jack Anthony commented on the statements of Ms. Mahany.
