City <br /> Attorney to come back with an analysis of the legal impact of such a conditional use permit. <br /> The pazking in tandem continue to be a part of the report coming back. Staff come back with an <br /> option to not include the 15-ft. setback. Staff analysis of how to contain the potential ripple <br /> affect. Options about the size of the second unit (possibly up to 750 sq. ft:) and the option of a <br /> percentage and its effects on very lazge lots. Look at what other cities do to monitor impact in <br /> particulaz azeas. Staff consider what real limits exist regarding tandem parking. Evaluate six <br /> month report feasibi�rty aa� v�hether realirsticatty�stafF ecr�cnc�: <br /> 10:17-10:30 p.m - Recess <br /> B. Questioned Code <br /> Enforcement approach for prioritizing or a proposed process. <br /> M/S Claire/Hartnett to extend the meeting to 11:30 p.m. The motion passed by a unanimous voice <br /> . vote. <br /> Council consensus on possibility of inver�tory with staff showing impact on staff, look more closely <br /> at amnesty with more detailed explanation of other cities' programs to analyze real problems results, <br /> advantages and could we feasibly apply here. During interim, staff to continue ahead regazding <br /> health and safety issues.
