Any improvements shall be constructed and maintained in <br /> ' conformance with all applicable 1aws, statutes, ordinances, rules <br /> and regulations. <br /> 5. Any construction or landscaping on the Subject Premises <br /> approved by City shall be at the sole cost and expense of <br /> � Permittee. • � <br /> 6. Permittee shall, at its own cost and expense, <br /> ir,unediately repair and restore the SuUject Premises and <br /> improvements thereon to a condition acceptable to City, in <br /> conformance with all app].icable health, safety and building <br /> standards, and shall.thereafter and at all times during the term <br /> oi this permit maintain the Subject Premises, appurtenances and <br /> every part thereof in good order, condition, repair and <br /> appearance. <br /> • Upon revocation of this permit, Permittee shall surrender <br /> t�e Subject Premises in good condition, ordinary wear and tear <br /> and damage by fi're, earthquake, Acts oi God, or the elements:,.: <br /> alone, excepted, and shall promptly remove or cause to be removed <br />
