Permittee shall pay for all water, gas heat, <br /> electricity, fuel, power, telephone service, and other utilities <br /> �ahich may be advanced to or used by Permittee in or about the <br /> Subject Premises during the term or terms of this permit. <br /> 8. Permittee shall pay all lawful, real and personal <br /> property taxes and assessments levied by the State, county, city, <br /> or other tax or assessment-levying bodies, upon any and all real <br /> - and personal property or property interest it has or may have in <br /> tMe Subject Premises, and any"goods, wares, equipment, or other <br /> materials stored or kept therein. <br /> Pursuant to the provisions of Revenue and Tax Code Section <br /> 107.6, Permittee hereby acknowledges, recognizes and understands <br /> that this permit may create a possessory interest subject to <br /> property taxation, and that Permittee may be subject to the <br /> payment of property taxes levied on such interest. <br /> 9. Permittee shall not use or permit said Premises or any <br /> part thereof to be used for any purpose or purposes other than <br /> the purposes specified in i:he preamble of this permit.. <br /> No goods, merchandise or material shall be kept, stored or <br /> sold in or upon said Premises which are in any way explosive or <br /> hzzardous; and no offensive or dangerous trade, business or <br /> , . _ . _ _ _ T . _ <br />
