These items need to be <br /> addressed in an expedient manner. � <br /> 1. There are multiple electric code violations: replace covers on all open . <br /> electrical boxes, cover openings where meters are missing with approued <br /> weather tight covers, remove any wiring that is in an unapproved location; <br /> such as dangfing in the water, across docks, hanging out of boxes, exposed <br /> to sunfight, not in conduit, etc. Any of this above work could pose a shock <br /> . hazard and needs to be repaired IMMEDfATELY. Get permits for any <br /> electrical work that has been� done; such as, meter boxes and subpanels. <br /> Qualified contractors shouid perform Work. <br /> 2. Remove any trip hazards from dock area; such as, wires, hoses, piping, water <br /> filters, planter boxes, cans, ropes, etc. (other than (ines and cleats that are <br /> along the edge of docks that. are necessary for the mooring of vessels). . <br /> 3. Remove all electrical wiring, and plumbing piping and hoses out of the water <br /> to prevent shock hazard and potenfial back flow of contaminatetl water back <br /> into the potable water system through breaks in lines. <br /> 4. Replace plumbing system. Use onfy approved and rated plumbing piping and <br /> fixtures rated for the location; such as sunlight and chJorine resistant, or rated � <br /> for hazardous condition, or provide methods to prevent damage. <br /> 5. Replace all docks and ramps that are deteriorated and delaminating. <br /> 6. Remove any garbage and de6ris that could pollute the waterway or be an <br /> , attractant or harborage for rats and vermin. . <br /> 7.
