Acquire proper permits for the sewer connections and pump out system. <br /> Repface as required. This needs to be professionally designed. <br /> 10. Notify vessel owners that any discharge from their vessels is a violation of <br /> Redwood City Code 27A and is considered a misdemeanor and is punishable <br /> by fine and/or imprisonment. Discharge may also be a violation of the Clean <br /> Water Act and may result in more substantial penalties. City staff has <br /> . witnessed discharge and water sampling appears to indicate Docktown <br /> Marina as a point source of discharge. Allowing this condition to persist may <br /> involve penalties to the business and property owner. <br /> 11.ALL work requires permits before commencing ANY work (except if you have <br /> - � to do any repairs to prevent an extreme hazard; such as, electrical shock). <br /> Provide the Building and Inspection Dept. with proper plans showing how you <br /> are going to do�these repairs. Designs should be drawn by qualified persons; <br /> such as, appropriate engineers, architects or contractors. Contractors should <br /> be (icensed and empfoyees need to be covered by Workers Compensation <br /> insurance. Work on the embankment requires permits from the Engineering <br /> Dept. Get permits,from the City before doing any future work. <br /> 12. This is not a complete list of things that need to be repaired.
