OP21821 <br /> WHEREAS, pursuarrt to Sectian 2.80 ofi tMe Redwaod Cifi}F� Code, the°�City - <br /> of Redwood City may request any local agency as defined by Section 54201 of <br /> the California Government Code to purchase materials, equipment, or supplies <br /> on behalf of the City; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of San Jose's Purchase Order No. OP21821 includes <br /> a Cooperative Purchase Provision which offers other public agencies the <br /> opportunity to purchase equipment from Hi-Tech Fire Truck, Inc., of Oakdale, <br /> .
