, 3K-3 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR <br /> THE REDWOOD SHORES LEVEE IMPROVEMENTS - <br /> SEGMENT 1; AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING <br /> ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for the Redwood Shores Levee <br /> Improvements — Segment 1, Redwood City, California, ha�e �een pcesented to,. <br /> and reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> WHEREaS, this Council desires to signify its approvaf thereof and <br /> authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for bids for the work therein <br /> described; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE �T RESOLVED BY TIiE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. Those certain contract documents entitled, "Contract Documents for <br /> Redwood Shores Levee Improvements — Segment 1- City of Redwood City, <br /> Redwood City, Califomia", prepared by the Department of Community <br /> Development Services/Engineering and Construction, a copy of which <br /> documents are on file in the office the of the Manager, Engineering and <br /> Construction, are hereby approved. <br /> 2.
