<br />TJM-.l5 <br /> <br />such assessments in each year to be allocated among specially benefited <br /> <br />parcels subject to assessment pursuant to the method of assessment previously <br /> <br />approved pursuant to Resolution No. 9859. <br /> <br />(g) Based on the Engineer's Report attached hereto, the public areas to <br /> <br />be maintained do not benefit the public generally but are of sole benefit to the <br /> <br />properties in the District. <br /> <br />(h) The special benefit assessments specified herein and in the above- <br /> <br />mentioned Reports are proposed to be levied and collected annually upon the <br /> <br />last equalized, secured and utility tax rolls upon which ad valorem property taxes <br /> <br />are collected, said assessments shall be in addition to all of said ad valorem <br /> <br />property taxes, and shall be collected together therewith, and not separate <br /> <br />therefrom, and enforced in the same manner and by the same persons and at <br /> <br />the same time and with the same penalties and interest as are said ad valorem <br /> <br />property taxes; and all laws applicable to the collection and enforcement of said <br /> <br />ad valorem property taxes shall be applicable to said special benefit <br /> <br />assessments levied, and the assessed lot or parcel of property, if sold for taxes, <br /> <br />shall be subject to redemption in the same manner as such real property is <br /> <br />redeemed from the sale for ad valorem property taxes, and if not redeemed, <br /> <br />shall in like manner pass to the purchaser. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />In consideration of the foregoing findings and determinations, this <br /> <br />Council hereby orders, and declares as follows: <br /> <br />Reso88ì <br />FXSdlk <br />F'Shared/Redwood/Council <br />Q.:5fl8/00 <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br />',"'- <br />
