<br />1""] M .. 2..IP <br /> <br />(a) The City Manager's and Engineer's Reports above-described are <br /> <br />hereby approved, subject to such amendment or modification thereto as may <br /> <br />occur by reason of the election and the protest hearing hereinafter ordered. <br /> <br />(b) The formation of the District, having been established prior to the <br /> <br />enactment of Proposition 218, is hereby ratified and shall continue as an existing <br /> <br />maintenance assessment district under the Ordinance. <br /> <br />(c) A property owners election is hereby called upon the question of <br /> <br />approval of the levy of assessments for fiscal years July 1, 2000 - June 30, 2001, <br /> <br />and continuing through fiscal year July 1, 2004 - June 30, 2005, subject to a <br /> <br />maximum cumulative assessment equal to the sum total of the projected budgets <br /> <br />for such 5-year period and a maximum annual assessment equal to the year with <br /> <br />the largest projected budget, without further property owners election during <br /> <br />such 5-year period; ballots for which election shall be mailed or submitted to the <br /> <br />City Clerk on or before the time and date of the public hearing upon the <br /> <br />proposed assessments hereinafter set forth. <br /> <br />(d) The Notice of Proposed Assessment and Property Owner Ballot to be <br /> <br />mailed to the owners of property proposed to be assessed shall be in the form of <br /> <br />Exhibit "C", attached hereto and incorporated herein, which Notice and Ballot are <br /> <br />hereby approved. <br /> <br />(1) The Notice of Election and Hearing to be published, posted and mailed <br /> <br />to the owners of property proposed to be assessed shall be in the form of Exhibit <br /> <br />"0", attached hereto and incorporated herein, which Notice is hereby approved. <br /> <br />ResoS87 <br />FXSd,k <br />F Shared/Redwood/CounCil <br />05/08/00 <br /> <br />5 <br />
