RD-OO- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND WILLIAM EUPHRA T <br />MUNICIPAL FINANCE, INC. FOR FINANCIAL CONSULTING <br />SERVICES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City <br /> <br />requires professional advisory services for Agency's Redevelopment Project No. <br /> <br />2 (the "Project"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, William Euphrat Municipal Finance, Inc., of San Francisco, <br /> <br />California, represents that it is qualified on the basis of experience and expertise <br /> <br />to perform the aforesaid services required for the Project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY <br /> <br />OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement for Financial Consulting <br /> <br />Services" (Financial Plan Development & Implementation for Public Parking - <br /> <br />Redevelopment Project No.2)" (form dated 05/11/00R), by and between the <br /> <br />Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City and William Euphrat <br /> <br />Municipal Finance, Inc. of San Francisco, California, for the performance of the <br /> <br />above-mentioned services, a copy of which Agreement is on file in the office of <br /> <br />the Secretary, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars <br /> <br />thereof, is hereby approved, and the Executive Director and Secretary are <br /> <br />RD-029 <br />F :/5 ha red/Redwood/Co unci VReso . <br />DE5:djk <br />05/08/00 <br />05/11100R <br /> <br />1 <br />
