<br />Sß- \ CD <br /> <br />Automobile Liability <br /> <br />$1,000,000 per accident <br />for bodily injury and <br />property damage (coverage <br />required to the extent <br />applicable to Consultant's <br />vehicle usage in performing <br />services hereunder) <br /> <br />Professional Liability <br /> <br />$1,000,000 per claim and <br />aggregate <br /> <br />Concurrently with the execution of this Agreement, Consultant shall <br /> <br />furnish Agency with certificates and copies of information or declaration pages of <br /> <br />the insurance required hereunder and, with respect to evidence of commercial <br /> <br />general <br /> <br />liability and <br /> <br />automobile <br /> <br />liability <br /> <br />insurance coverage, <br /> <br />original <br /> <br />endorsements: <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />Precluding cancellation or reduction in coverage before the <br /> <br />expiration of thirty (30) days after Agency shall have received <br /> <br />written notification of cancellation~ or reduction in coverage by first <br /> <br />class mail; <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />Providing that Consultant's insurance shall apply separately to <br /> <br />each insured against whom claim is made or suit is brought, except <br /> <br />with respect to the limits of the insurer's liability (cross liability <br /> <br />endorsement) ; <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br />Naming the Redevelopment Agency, <br /> <br />its officers, <br /> <br />boards, <br /> <br />commissions, employees, and agents, as additional insureds; and <br /> <br />(d) <br /> <br />Providing that Consultant's insurance coverage shall be primary <br /> <br />insurance with <br /> <br />respect to Agency, <br /> <br />its <br /> <br />officers, <br /> <br />boards, <br /> <br />Agmt-RD-001 <br />DE5:djk <br />F :/5 ha red/Redwood/Co unci I <br />05/08/00 <br />05/11/00R <br /> <br />7 <br />
