RD-OO- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND MUL TIGEN- <br />PARADIGM, INC. FOR PROFESSIONAL DATABASE SERVICES <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY <br /> <br />OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement for Professional Database <br /> <br />Services Services" (form dated 05/16/00), by and between the Redevelopment <br /> <br />Agency of the City of Redwood City and Multigen-Paradigm, Inc. for professional <br /> <br />database services for computer modeling and 3D simulation relating to the <br /> <br />Downtown Retail-Cinema Project, a copy of which AQreement is on file in the <br />office of the Secretary, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full <br /> <br />particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the Executive Director and Secretary <br /> <br />are hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, <br /> <br />respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the Redevelopment Agency of <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* * * <br /> <br />RD-032 <br />F :/SharedlR edwoodlC ounciVR eso. <br />DES:djk <br />05116100 <br /> <br />"_"""_H ..-.,.-"--.- <br />
