<br />~c."~ <br /> <br />AGREEMENT <br />FOR <br />PROFESSIONAL DATABASE SERVICES <br /> <br />THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this - day of <br /> <br />, 2000, by and between the REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF <br />THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY ("Agency"), a public body, corporate and politic, <br /> <br />and MUL TIGEN-PARADIGM, INC. ("Consultant"); <br />WITNESSETH: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Agency requires professional database services for computer <br /> <br />modeling and 3D simulation of the proposed Downtown Retail-Cinema Project in <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City (the "Project"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Consultant represents that it possesses the experience, and <br /> <br />is qualified to perform the aforesaid services for the Project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. CONSULTANT'S SERVICES. Consultant shall perform all of those <br /> <br />services described in Exhibit "A" hereof, attached hereto and by this reference <br /> <br />incorporated herein. <br /> <br />2. COMPENSATION: EXPENSES: PAYMENT. Agency shall compensate <br /> <br />Consultant for all services performed by Consultant hereunder in an amount <br /> <br />based upon Consultant's fixed price development costs for the Project.
