<br />'5~" \'::> <br /> <br />MultiGen-Paradigm Inc (MPI) is pleased to submit to the City of Redwood City (Redwood <br />City) this proposal and firm fixed price (FFP) pricing for database services to support a <br />realtime 3D visualization of selected redevelopment areas within the City. All of the <br />information provided is proprietary to MPI and Redwood City, and should be treated as <br />confidential and used only in conjlU1ction with the redevelopment projects which are the <br />subject of this proposal. <br /> <br /> <br />1.1 MPI Background <br /> <br />MPI is a technology company of over 120 employees with a heritage of over 14 years as a <br />leader in the realtime 3D environment. MPI's business is the development of realtime 3D <br />visualization software tools, and our OpenF1ight database scene description is the industry <br />standard format for realtime 3D database development. To meet the broadest needs of our <br />customers, MPI offers a full spectrum of services, including custom tool development, content <br />development, consulting, and training. Our customer-driven training sessions include <br />introductory as well as advanced classes in modeling and database design, advanced terrain, <br />and realtime application development. <br /> <br />1.2 <br /> <br />MPI Personnel <br /> <br />MPI will execute the proposed effort using our indigenous management and engineering labor <br />pooL Engineering work will be performed primarily at our corporate offices: <br /> <br />MultiGen-Paradigm Inc <br /> <br />550 S.
