<br />5c.- \l,. <br /> <br />Tom Dowgiallo - Program Management. Tom has over 25 years experience in the realtime <br />3D visualization industry, including 16 years experience managing engineering groups, and 9 <br />years product and program management. <br /> <br />Tom has been employed at MultiGen-Paradigm Inc (MPI) since 1992 in Sales, product <br />management and program management. Assignments have included responsibility for <br />maintaining and promoting MPI's relationship with a nwnber of OEM accounts including <br />Evans and Sutherland, Lockheed Martin, CAE, FlightSafety, and Thomson Training and <br />Simulation. Tom was product manager for MPI's OpenFlight API suite. Tom has managed <br />service and development programs in MPI's Solution Center. Tom was program manager for <br />the City of Sunnyvale database program, and is currently the program manager on a service <br />contracts for urban simulation projects with the City of Vallejo and the City of Cenitos. <br /> <br />Dan Brockway - Director, Database Services. Dan has seven years experience in visual <br />simulation and an additional seven years experience in CAD & GIS. At MPI, Dan directs <br />engineering groups in the development of realtime visual and sensor databases as well as <br />advanced tool development. Currently, Dan is leading the GIS-based Orton Foundation <br />program to create and edit 3D visual databases directly from ArcView data. <br /> <br />Bill Preskar - Database Engineer. Bill has sixteen years experience in visual simulation <br />modeling and database development. His six years of experience at MPI include extensive <br />expertise in urban simulation, architectural modeling and terrain visualization. Bill was a <br />prime contributor to the City of Sunnyvale database effort and the City of Vallejo database <br />project. <br /> <br />Paul Levy - Application Engineer. Paul has six years of visual simulation experience working <br />on both civilian and military programs. Relevant experience includes development of visual <br />system software, advanced technology demonstrations, and database development. Most <br />recently, Paul developed the run-time application for the City of Sunnyvale program. <br /> <br /> <br />MPI proposes to provide a turnkey computer model and simulation of redevelopment areas <br />specified by Redwood City and described below. <br /> <br />2.1 Database Development <br /> <br />MPI will work with Redwood City to develop a data gathering, integration, and usage plan, <br />which takes advantage of Redwood City's existing topographic, planimetric, aerial <br />photography data and architectural drawings. As directed by Redwood City, an initial model <br />covering a minimwn of 2 square city blocks will be developed and is described in the <br />following subparagraphs. Subsequently, two additional broader redevelopment areas will be <br />modeled. In this submittal, the subparagraphs below for these additional two areas are merely <br />place holders and are not part of this proposal.
