RD-OO- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND FRASER & <br />ASSOCIATES FOR REDEVELOPMENT AND FINANCIAL <br />CONSULTING SERVICES <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY <br /> <br />OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement for Redevelopment and <br /> <br />Financial Consulting Services" (form dated 05/09/00), by and between the <br /> <br />Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City and Fraser & Associates for <br /> <br />redevelopment and financial consulting services relating to the assistance with <br /> <br />an amendment to the Redevelopment Plan for Redevelopment Project Area No. <br /> <br />2, a copy of which Agreement is on file in the office of the Secretary, to which <br /> <br />copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby <br /> <br />approved, and the Executive Director and Secretary are hereby authorized and <br /> <br />directed to execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and <br /> <br />on behalf of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* * * <br /> <br />RD-030 <br />F :/5 ha redlRedwood/Co unci IIReso. <br />DE5:djk <br />05/09/00 <br /> <br />.".T"..- <br />
