<br />5Þ-~ <br /> <br />AGREEMENT <br />FOR <br />REDEVELOPMENT AND FINANCIAL CONSULTING SERVICES <br /> <br />THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />, 2000, by and between the REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br /> <br />OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY ("Agency"), a public body, corporate and <br /> <br />politic, and FRASER & ASSOCIATES ("Consultant"); <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Agency requires professional redevelopment and financial <br /> <br />consulting services relating to the assistance with an amendment to the <br /> <br />Redevelopment Plan for Redevelopment Pròject Area No.2 in the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City (the "Project"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Consultant represents that it possesses the experience, and <br /> <br />is qualified to perform the aforesaid services for the Project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. CONSULTANT'S SERVICES. Consultant shall perform all of those <br /> <br />services described in Exhibit "A" hereof, attached hereto and by this reference <br /> <br />incorporated herein. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />COMPENSA TION: <br /> <br />EXPENSES: <br /> <br />PAYMENT. <br /> <br />Agency shall <br /> <br />compensate Consultant for all services performed by Consultant hereunder in an <br /> <br />amount based upon Consultant's hourly rates that are prevailing during the time <br /> <br />of the performance of said services.
