<br />59 - \ ? <br /> <br />B FRASER & ASSOCIA TES <br />Mr. Michael Church <br />03/21/00 <br />Page 4 <br /> <br />Meeting Attendance <br /> <br />Fraser & Associates assumes that it will attend at least two meetings: the <br />required community information meeting and the joint public hearing to approve <br />the redevelopment plan amendment. Other meetings can also be attended at <br />the request of the Agency. The requested services budget includes additional <br />hourly rate fees for meeting attendance. <br /> <br />Process Coordination <br /> <br />This task involves the overall coordination of the planning and legal activities <br />required in the redevelopment plan amendment process. Examples of specific <br />services within this category typically include: <br /> <br />. Regular schedule monitoring <br />. Staff support <br />. Coordinating activities of all responsible parties <br />. Preparation of the amendment to the Redevelopment Plan and the ordinance <br />. Preparation of other documents (such as transmittal letters, informational <br />documents, resolutions, notices, and other similar material) <br />. Review of documents and materials prepared by others during the adoption <br />process <br />. Special studies or analyses <br />. Revisions to documents listed after a final has been prepared <br />. Other similar services as necessary <br /> <br />COMPENSATION <br /> <br />Services shall be compensated on a fixed fee basis for preparation of the <br />documents and a time and materials charge for meeting attendance and process <br />coordination services. The fixed fees shall be payable on the basis of progress <br />payments equal to the percentage of work completed. Hourly rate compensation <br />shall be based on the following schedule: <br /> <br />President <br />Associate <br />Secretarial/Admin istrative <br /> <br />$150 per hour <br />85 per hour <br />40 per hour <br /> <br />Fraser & Associates also bills clients for expenses incurred in the performance of <br />services. Expenses include, but are not limited to: authorized travel; mileag e at <br />the current IRS rate per mile or equivalent rental car fee; copy expenses; <br /> <br />or-' <br />
