<br />(¿'ß-~ <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the negotiation period under the Agreement must be <br /> <br />extended in order to accommodate the time required to complete the aforesaid <br /> <br />environmental review; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT <br /> <br />AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOllOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the Redevelopment Agency of <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City, a public body corporate and politic, and Western <br /> <br />Investment Real Estate Trust and the Innisfree Companies entitled, "First <br /> <br />Amendment to Agreement for Exclusive Right to Negotiate (Western Investment <br /> <br />Real Estate Trust and the Innisfree Companies)" (form dated 05/16/00) <br /> <br />amending the Agreement to extend the term thereof to October 31,2000, a copy <br /> <br />of which agreement is on file with the Clerk of this Agency, to which copy <br /> <br />reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and <br /> <br />the Executive Officer and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute, <br /> <br />and to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the <br /> <br />Redevelopment Agencý of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />RD-033 <br />F ;/5 ha red/Redwood/Council/Reso <br />DE5:rg <br />05/16/00 <br />
