<br />&<';3 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO RD 2000- - <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPfvŒNT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF THE SECOND AMENDMENT OF THE DISPOSITION AND <br />DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH SHEA HOMES LIMITED <br />PARTNERSHIP FOR THE FRANKLIN STREET PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Agency, and Shea Homes Limited Partnership, a <br />California limited partnership ("Shea") have negotiated a Second <br />Amendment (the "Amendment") to that certain agreement entitled <br />"Disposition and Development Agreement for Franklin Street Project," as <br />amended (the "DDA); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Agency hàs reviewed and considered said <br />Amendment. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, THE AGENCY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain Amendment entitled "Second Amendment of Disposition <br />a::::.d Development Agreement for the Franklin Street Pr-cjcct (Shé:û)," by and <br />between the Shea and this Agency, a copy of which Amendment has been <br />executed by Shea and delivered to the Executive Director of the Agency, <br />hereby is approved by the Agency, and -the Chairperson and Secretary of the <br />Agency hereby are authorized and directed to execute and to attest, <br />respectively, this Amendment on behalf of the Agency. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted by The Redevelopment Agency of the City of <br />Redwood City, at a regular meeting thereof held on the 22nd day of May, 2000, <br />by the following votes. <br /> <br />AK/DES::ak: 5/15/00 <br /> <br />_c,...
