<br />~c-~ <br /> <br />SECOND AMENDMENT OF DISPOSITION AND DEVELOPMENT <br />AGREEMENT FOR FRANKLIN STREET PROJECT (SHEA) <br /> <br />THIS SECOND AMENDMENT OF DISPOSITION AND <br />DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR THE FRANKLIN STREET PROJECT <br /> <br />(SHEA) (this "Amendment") is entered into as of May 22, 2000, by and <br /> <br />between the REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY, CALIFORNIA (the "Agency") and SHEA HOMES LIMITED <br />PARTNERSHIP, a California limited partnership ("Shea"). <br /> <br />WITNESSETH <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Agency and Shea entered into that certain "Disposition <br />and Development Agreement for Franklin Street Project", approved by the <br /> <br />Agency on September 13, 1999 by Redevelopment Resolution No. RD-99-31 <br />and dated October 28, 1999 (the "DDA"); and <br /> <br />.' .- <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the DDA has been amended by the First Amendment to <br />the DDA¡ approved by the Agency on March 27, 2000; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Sections 1006 and 1007 of the DDA Shea has <br />requested and the Agency desires to amend Attachment No.8 A to the DDA, <br /> <br />entitled "Franklin Street Area Schedule of Performance." <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> <br />AMENDMENT OF ATTACHMENT NO.8 <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br />AK/DES: ak: 5/15/00 <br />
