<br />7K.~ 3> <br /> <br />1. This Council hereby authorizes its withdrawal of its membership from <br /> <br />the Joint Powers Agreement Establishing the ITSMA. <br /> <br />2. This Council hereby authorizes the transfer of any remaining assets of <br /> <br />the ITSMA, all of which are of nominal value, to the Peninsula Traffic Congestion <br /> <br />Relief Alliance. <br /> <br />3. This Council hereby authorizes its membership and participation in the <br /> <br />Peninsula Traffic Congestion Relief Alliance; and <br /> <br />4.
