The offer required by Section 7267.2 of the Government Code has been made to the owner(s) of record. 9. The Agency staff report(s) of the Agency is hereby incorporated by reference in support of these findings. 10. The Executive Director and Special Eminent Domain Counsel, the Law Offices of Herman H. Fitzgerald and Christine C. Fitzgerald, are authorized and directed to perform all acts necessary on behalf of the Agency for the acquisition of said interests in real property, and to do any and all other things in connection with such proceedings as in his or their judgment may be necessary or convenient to the successful conclusion of said proceeding or proceedings, including obtaining of an Order for Immediate Possession, the preparation, filing, amendment, dismissal, etc. of all pleadings and stipulations that in the opinion of Special Counsel are necessary for the processing of the litigation. 11. The Executive Director, Ex-Officio of the Agency, is hereby authorized to expend funds available to the Agency for the acquisition of the real property. 12. The Executive Director, Ex-Officio of the Agency, is hereby individually authorized and directed to consent to and accept, on behalf of the Agency, all deeds and grants conveying any interest in the property as hereinabove described. 13. The Executive Director, Ex-Officio is hereby authorized and directed to record a certified copy of this Resolution in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo. It may thereafter be referred to in any acceptance by any of the officers or agents referred to above with the same effect as though a certified copy of this Resolution were attached to the document accepted. The foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced, passed, and adopted at a regular meeting of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City, held on the 12th day of June, 2000. (page 4 of 5)
