<br />. &;/\-<0 <br /> <br />of the California Environmental Quality Act ("CEQA"), found in Public Resources Code Sections <br />21000, et. seq. and the State CEQA Guidelines adopted by the Secretary of Resources. <br /> <br />8. <br /> <br />The offer required by Section 7267.2 of the Government Code has been made to the <br /> <br />owner(s) of record. <br /> <br />9. <br /> <br />The Agency staff report(s) of the Agency is hereby incorporated by reference in <br /> <br />support of these findings. <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />The Executive Director and Special Eminent Domain Counsel, the Law Offices of <br /> <br />Herman H. Fitzgerald and Christine C. Fitzgerald, are authorized and directed to perform all acts <br />necessary on behalf of the Agency for the acquisition of said interests in real property, and to do any <br /> <br />and all other things in connection with such proceedings as in his or their judgment may be necessary <br /> <br />or convenient to the successful conclusion of said proceeding or proceedings, including obtaining of <br />an Order for Immediate Possession, the preparation, filing, amendment, dismissal, etc. of all <br /> <br />pleadings and stipulations that in the opinion of Special Counsel are necessary for the processing of <br />the litigation. <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />The Executive Director, Ex-Officio of the Agency, is hereby authorized to expend <br /> <br />funds available to the Agency for the acquisition of the real property. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />The Executive Director, Ex-Officio of the Agency, is hereby individually authorized <br /> <br />and directed to consent to and accept, on behalf of the Agency, all deeds and grants conveying any <br />interest in the property as hereinabove described. <br /> <br />13. <br /> <br />The Executive Director, Ex-Officio is hereby authorized and directed to record a <br /> <br />certified copy of this Resolution in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo. It <br />may thereafter be referred to in any acceptance by any of the officers or agents referred to above with <br /> <br />the same effect as though a certified copy of this Resolution were attached to the document accepted. <br /> <br />The foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced, passed, and adopted at a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City, held on the 12th day of June, 2000. <br /> <br />(page 4 of 5) <br />
