<br />~ 5,\ -.2... <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING SALARY SCHEDULE AND <br />COMPENSATION PLAN FOR THE POSITION OF CITY CLERK, <br />AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 13584 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The compensation for the position of City Clerk is hereby amended by <br /> <br />revising. the salary schedule as set forth in Exhibit "A" hereof, attached hereto <br /> <br />and by this reference incorporated herein. <br /> <br />2. In addition to the provisions of Paragraph 1, the terms and conditions <br /> <br />of employment for the position of City Clerk shall include those provisions <br /> <br />established for positions included in the Executive Management Classifications <br /> <br />set forth in that certain document entitled, "City of Redwood City - Executive <br /> <br />Management - Summary of Benefits - Effective May 1, 2000," except to the <br /> <br />extent modified by letter agreement dated March 5, 1999 by and between the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City and Patricia Howe, copies of which are on file in the office <br /> <br />of the Director of Human Resources. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />This resolution shall be effective upon the date of its adoption; <br /> <br />provided, however, that the salary set forth in Exhibit A shall be operative <br /> <br />retroactively from and after April 1 0, 2000. <br /> <br />Reso-909 <br />DES:djk <br />F :/Sha redlReclwood/Councii <br />06/07/00 <br /> <br />1 <br />
